Actor’s daughter after Big Brother for sexual assault

Patricia Martinez, a daughter of actor William Martinez, yesterday accused former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Baron Giesler of sexual assault while in a Makati City bar at dawn Saturday.

Patricia, 21, accompanied by his father William to the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Camp Crame, sought the help of the Women’s and Children Concerns Division over her ordeal in Giesler’s company.

In an interview, Patricia said the tipsy Giesler approached her while at the Fiama Bar in Makati City where the advances reportedly happened.

Patricia alleged that Giesler asked her to have sex and started mashing her breast.

Efforts to locate Giesler yesterday afternoon to give his side remained futile.

Patricia said “Paglabas ko po ng bar dun na po ako nag-breakdown kasi parang [I broke down after leaving the bar] I really felt violated with what he did to me especially na pinagkatiwalaan ko siya na para ko siyang kuya [ I trusted him like my elder brother].”

She also said she was ready to tell the media what happened to her to spare her friends from the harrowing experience.

According to William, Giesler also has made sexual advances to his wife Yayo Aguila.

Supt. Sotera Macatangay, chief of the CIDG-Women’s and Children’s Concern Division, said the Martinezes came to her office; sources close to the family indicated that a formal complaint would be filed today.

“I won’t go to the details of the case. They just came here, humihingi sila ng assistance for the investigation and the possible filing of the case,” Macatangay said.
